Commanders shows your recruited commanders and the available recruitment candidates, with academy information, candidate refresh availability and combat profiles. Commanders lead only fleets sent against a Void boss, including Void holds in the Void Realm; they never join ordinary attacks. Assign one when dispatching such a fleet. Every level above 1 raises a commander's base stats by 5%, up to level 50, and ships of the commander's skeleton tier get an extra skeleton bonus to weapons, hull and shield in Void boss fights. After a boss fight a commander rests for 24 hours, or 6 hours if that fight destroyed the boss. A fallen commander is unavailable for 48 hours.
