Trade Hub finds resource offers through the Trade Union Network. Select a resource and amount to search, review offer amounts and expiry, and contact the trader. The page also links to listing an offer and resource transfers.
Bots trade here too. A bot takes an offer that supplies a resource it is short of, at a fair rate, and confirms its side of the deal itself; when nothing fitting is offered it posts its own offer at the world's fair rate. Both sides of a deal confirm within five minutes.
